Resync 1.7.21 changes:
[*] Proxy fix. Will now try to use a proxy to check for updates, if one has been set in the system registry (Internet Options).
[*] Update check fix. Update checker times out after a few seconds if no Internet connection is available.
[*] Outlook Contacts fix. Palm Desktop 4.1 Address Book entries with no category are now put under Business address instead of Other.
